Wedding Mice

I have been trying to get more things going to put on the blog - but like most - I keep getting distracted.  This is a busy time of year for many with children in school.  End of year events as well as graduation.  I have 2 graduations this year...one college - one high school.  I can't wait for the summer!

 

 

Here are two of my latest creations.  I just love them.  They are wedding mice!

The first is a simple bride mouse with a lace dress and a sheer veil.  She has a rhinestone choker and a pearl headdress for her veil.  The groom is dress to the nines with his tux, top hat, bow tie and walking stick.  He has a white rose in his lapel!

The second is my personal favorite.  The bride's dress and veil are made from the satin and lace from my wedding dress.  The pearl choker was also from my gown.   The groom still has his tux with a bow tie, top hat and walking stick and a rose in his lapel! 

 

 

Pictures do not do these little mice justice.  They are a wonderful wedding addition!!!!  They are both available in my ETSY shop!  Special orders are welcome if you want a personalized little wedding mouse!

I've got my Christmas On....

I've been frantically cutting and sewing...getting items ready for  the crafts show that is in June.  I have decided to do a few things from all seasons - with most of the items  for spring and summer.  I will post some of the items in a few days.  We have had some beautiful weather here, we spent most of the day yesterday in the yard - trying to get it in order!  Thanks for stopping by!

NEW BABY GIRAFFE

 

 

There has been so much going on this week that I forgot some of the most exciting news ever.  The female giraffe at the Dallas Zoo gave birth to a healthy female calf this week!  Both are doing great!!  I just love giraffes!!!
